Ombre Powder Brows is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure that consists of shading done by a machine pen to create a gradient of light to dark, mimicking brow make up and heals into a beautiful soft powdery brow.
The technique can also be customized from soft and powdery to bold make-up look. Ombre Powder brows is suitable for all skin type.
The Process
The process begins with a thorough consultation. We will discuss your preferences and determine the best shape and color for you. After that, I will do outlining of pigments to the skin and then add numbing cream around your eyebrows to ensure maximum comfort during the procedure. Then, we will create a natural-looking gradient effect with a small machine to achieve the ombre brows look. The entire process takes about 3 hours.

Design and Mapping: I will map out the shape for your brows using various tools and techniques to ensure symmetry and proportion.

Ombre Powder Brows last anywhere between 2-4 years. They're semi-permanent so they will fade as the skin naturally exfoliates. Some brows do fade more than others, depending on the client's lifestyle.

The sun can damage our brows overtime. The sun plays a big part on how long the brows last and how the color fades over time. It is very important to educate our clients and let them know to shield their brows as much as possible during the summer or any events that may require long hours in the sun.
What happens if they don't?
The color will fade faster...in patches. The color will also either dull out to a grayish tint darken to a blue-gray tint.

The pain from the procedure depends on a variety of things. Clients natural pain tolerance can be affected by menstrual cycles, medications, skin problems and overall skin conditions. For some people it may be very subtle, and others may feel severe discomfort.

It is best to avoid numbing the skin before the procedure. Anesthetic alters the texture of the skin giving it a rubber like consistency and attracts water to the surface of the skin making it difficult to insert pigment into the skin. Therefore, it is recommended to numb after the first pass.

Yes. This saturation may prevent the pigment from absorbing well into the skin and may lead to unsatisfactory results. Therefore, it is recommended to use anesthetic after the first pass, once the skin is open and only if needed.

I want to do my eyelash extensions, should I do my brows before or after the procedure?
It is best to do the eyelash extensions first, otherwise you will need to wait 10-14 days to get your eyelash extensions done/fill. It is highly recommended that you wait until the outer portion of the skin is completely healed before moving forward with any facial procedure that will require the technician to touch your brows.

The best time to get the procedure done is 14 days before or after a planned vacation. Waiting the 14 days will allow the outer layer of the skin time to heal before exposing it to water and sun damage. It exposed to sun during a vacation, it is best to plan a procedure 14 days after to allow any face sun burn or irritation to heal. it is not sate to work on burned or irritated skin.

In most cases, yes. This will depend on the darkness, shape and scarring of the previous work. Any previous work done is considered a color correction case. Please submit a clear photo of your brows with no makeup for review prior to booking. In some cases, you will need tattoo removal first.

No down time! Although after care is super important and you will have to keep the eyebrow area very clean per the aftercare instructions, you do not have to stay home to do so.
